Zusammenfassung

HarbourVest Partners in Zurich is seeking an Associate to support the Global Private Wealth – Investor Relations Team across the DACH region. The role focuses on fundraising, client engagement, and market development.

You will collaborate with wealth product management and firm-wide teams to win new clients and service existing ones. English fluency is required; German or French language skills are a plus. A path to leadership in a fast-paced wealth environment is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in asset management or private markets distribution fundraising or product specialist roles.
• Experience targeting wholesale and wealth client segments.
• Strong academic credentials and career ambition to be client-facing.

Aufgaben

• Support senior salespersons in the DACH Wealth team across fundraising cycle stages (pipeline, questionnaires, presentations, due diligence, closings).
• Handle investor due diligence requests and coordinate investor queries.
• Manage client segmentation and competitor analysis to improve market penetration in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
• Conduct market research, track new product launches and structures to position HarbourVest’s products.
• Collaborate with Wealth Product Management Team, Client Services, and other firm-wide functions to win new clients and service existing ones.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship and independence early in the role.
