J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a Senior FMI Business Analyst to support regulatory FMIs and optimize EMIR Refit and FMIA related processes. You will derive business requirements from guidelines, run gap analyses, and collaborate with Front Office and IT to deliver solutions.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong analytical skills, and English fluency, with a focus on end-to-end processing and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of proven experience in financial market regulation and with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFIR, FMIA, or SFTR
• Strong analytical skills and a well-structured, practical and pragmatic approach
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop robust practical solutions
• Strong understanding of trading processes for cash and derivative products, including their lifecycle events
• Solid knowledge of front-to-back processes concerning trade booking
• Ability to work independently, drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach with various stakeholders at all seniority levels
• Fluency in English

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
