The role requires a Master’s in Aerospace and 8+ years of hands-on experience, with strong knowledge of FAR/CS-23 certification standards and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in flight physics and aircraft design/systems integration.
• Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics.
• Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards.
• Drive the development, validation, and application of flight physics models, simulations, and analytical tools.
• Interface with systems engineering, design, structures, controls, and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
• Plan and execute budgets with schedules, resource and cost perspectives.
• Provide technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies, and program milestones.
