OnTarget Communications seeks a senior Flight Physics leader to guide a skilled team in aircraft design and systems integration. You will drive development, validation, and application of flight physics models and tools, interfacing with systems engineering and design teams to ensure cohesive solutions.

The role requires a Master’s in Aerospace and 8+ years of hands-on experience, with strong knowledge of FAR/CS-23 certification standards and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years hands-on experience in flight physics and aircraft design/systems integration.
• Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
