On is redefining the future of sportswear. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to empower two senior leaders (VP Digital and VP Retail) and to support the Commercial function with global scope.

You will manage calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics, while helping with strategic off-sites, events, and cross-functional initiatives. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.

• 4+ years in a high-performance environment supporting C-level or senior leadership.
• Demonstrates integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Able to think independently, anticipate needs and make decisive judgments under pressure.
• Growth mindset with creativity and resilience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proficiency with modern digital tools and systems.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as a true partner to our Vice Presidents, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses to optimize their time and focus.
• Provide support for strategic off-sites and events, from location logistics to drafting agendas and content.
• Shape and enable key cultural moments, including departmental town halls and contributions to global company events.
• Support omnichannel initiatives across Digital and Retail by shaping agendas and preparing content.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, document meeting protocols, and drive follow-ups to ensure accountability and execution.
• Optimize workflows for the Digital & Retail leadership team to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Support on internal and external tax payroll and tax alignment due to complexity of leaders.
