You will manage calendars, travel, and expenses, plan off‑sites, coordinate content, and help run global events while enabling cross‑functional collaboration across Digital and Retail teams. Responsibilities

• Partner to two Vice Presidents, manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate strategic off-sites and events from logistics to content.
• Shape cultural moments: town halls and global events.
• Support omnichannel initiatives across Digital and Retail by shaping agendas and content.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, document meeting protocols, drive follow‑ups.
• Optimize workflows for Digital & Retail leadership teams to boost collaboration.
• Assist with internal and external tax payroll alignment due to leadership complexity.
