Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Senior ETF Sales professional for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, based in Geneva or Zurich. Qualifications

• Understanding of the Swiss asset management and distribution landscape.
• Strong interest in financial markets and ETFs.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management or related field would be beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, with French or German; Italian is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Fidelity’s ETF distribution strategy across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Partner with senior sales professionals to develop and strengthen client relationships.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, events and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to product positioning, market insights and competitor analysis.
• Support marketing and distribution initiatives for Fidelity’s active ETF offering.
• Respond to client queries and help ensure a high standard of client service.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and client outcomes.
