EY seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Enterprise Performance Management, financial consolidation and reporting initiatives in Zürich. You will own EPM workstreams, translate complex business needs into practical designs, and collaborate with client teams to deliver sustainable finance transformations.

You’ll combine consolidation knowledge, problem-solving and hands-on delivery across planning, forecasting and enterprise reporting, contributing from strategy through go-live and post‑go‑live

Qualificações

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation and reporting principles, IFRS or other major frameworks, intercompany processes, currency translation, close governance and auditability.
• Hands-on functional or technical experience with CCH Tagetik, OneStream or another leading EPM platform; implementation or certification experience is an advantage.
• Experience contributing to requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment or business adoption activities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and redesign statutory and management consolidation, group reporting, financial close, planning, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Facilitate interviews and design workshops; document requirements and translate them into future-state processes, designs, data models and reports.
• Support the design, configuration and implementation of CCH Tagetik, OneStream or comparable EPM platforms across consolidation, reporting and performance management.
• Apply consolidation concepts including legal and management structures, ownership changes, currency translation, intercompany matching and eliminations, equity and investment consolidation, cash flow and close controls.
• Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle from assessment to post-go-live stabilization.
• Help integrate EPM solutions with ERP systems and enterprise data platforms.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive-ready presentations.
• Build trusted working relationships across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Sustainability, Data, IT and Audit stakeholders.
• Support proposals, solution demonstrations and continuous improvement of methods and assets.
