Kanadevia Inova in Zürich seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to lead and manage scheduling across the full EPC lifecycle, from tendering to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and contractual alignment.

You will develop integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, monitor CPM performance, and provide progress reports, S-curves, and deviation analyses to support performance and claims.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' experience in EPC project execution (EPC: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
• Strong project management and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• High assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, and methodical work style.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; experience with ERP/digital planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage project planning and scheduling across the full lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and integrate schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Monitor CPM performance and perform float management analytics.
• Provide regular progress reporting, S-curves, baseline deviations, and contractual schedules.
• Collaborate with teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment.
