Zusammenfassung

Mercury is seeking a Lead Senior Planner in Zurich to lead planning activities for major engineering and construction programmes. You will manage a planning team, develop integrated master schedules and ensure consistent progress reporting across design, procurement, construction and handover stages.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, EVM, and strong communication with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years in planning and project controls within large-scale construction, engineering, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre lifecycle from design to handover.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated master schedules.
• Ability to lead planning coordination across construction.
• Excellent knowledge of Earned Value Management and schedule variance analysis.
• Keen commercial and contractual awareness and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Direct and supervise Senior Planners and planning staff to ensure SOPs and standards are followed.
• Develop, maintain and control integrated master schedules covering design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Prepare and assure timely progress reports, dashboards and KPI outputs for stakeholders.
• Lead schedule analysis, critical path review, and delay analysis as required.
• Support Earned Value Management and reporting quality across the programme.
• Mentor and coach planning staff and ensure continuity across projects.
