Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a Senior EUC Developer to own end-to-end development of complex end-user computing solutions across banking divisions. You will design and model scalable applications and databases to support high-volume data processing.

You will lead full project lifecycles from requirements to deployment and provide expert internal support. Fluent German and English, a university degree in CS or related field are required.

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience building EUC solutions using Python and MS Office (with focus on MS Access and VBA).
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools for efficient development and integrating AI-driven functionalities into end-user applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric, service-oriented approach.
• Expertise in relational data modeling and SQL database management.

Your Role

As Senior End-User Computing (EUC) Developer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will own the full lifecycle of complex, business-critical applications across every banking division. You’ll take complete project ownership, delivering tailored solutions that drive operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex EUC solutions across all banking divisions
• Architect and model scalable applications / databases to support high-volume data processing
• Lead full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and documentation
• Provide expert technical support to internal stakeholders and business units
• Maintain and enhance legacy Office applications to ensure stability
• Drive process automation by integrating AI-driven tools and modern scripting techniques

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Experience in building EUC solutions using Python and MS Office (with focus on MS Access and VBA)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for efficient development and integrating AI-driven functionalities into end-user applications
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric, service-oriented approach
• Expertise in relational data modeling and SQL database management
• Familiarity with financial data terminals (e.g., Factset, Refinitiv Datastream) is a plus
• Fluency in German and English
