Bank J. Safra Sarasin seeks an Investment Communications Specialist to produce high-quality investment and marketing content for the Asset Management division. You will collaborate with investment professionals to transform complex topics into clear, compliant materials across multiple channels.

You will edit fund reporting for clarity and consistency, shape content for digital delivery, and support global marketing campaigns. Fluency in English and German is essential, French a plus.

Your Role

As an Investment Communications Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are creative self-starter and a team player. You will deliver high-quality investment and marketing content. In doing so, you will provide engaging, accurate materials that support our Asset Management division and connect with key stakeholders across multiple channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to transform subject-matter knowledge and supporting materials into clear, compelling investment content
• Edit and refine fund reporting for consistency, clarity, style, and compliance
• Shape investment content for effective delivery on digital channels
• Support cross-regional marketing campaigns and PR activities with compelling editorial content
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements (incl. ESMA)
• Support other writing, editing, or marketing-related projects as needed

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in business, language, communications, or other relevant disciplines, with 3 years of practical experience in investment writing, digital marketing, or financial journalism
• Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes with excellent editorial, proofreading, and writing skills. Experience with AEM and Sprinklr, as well as an affinity for using AI tools to support content creation and improve tools, and processes, is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, go the extra mile, and take responsibility, combined with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced communications environment
• Fluency in English and German; fluency in French is a plus
