Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• 7+ years in automotive software; 3+ years in Functional Safety (ISO 26262/IEC 61508).
• Hands-on with ISO 26262/IEC 61508; Infineon AURIX experience; STM32 knowledge a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop technical concepts for implementing functional safety features in embedded software.
• Support the Functional Safety Manager in creating and reviewing the Functional Safety Concept (FSC) and system requirements.
• Perform software safety analyses (e.g., DSA, FMEA for software).
• Lead, create, and maintain software safety requirements with verification criteria.
• Derive and align FS features with software architecture in collaboration with the Software Architect.
• Ensure ASPICE process compliance and alignment with ASIL/SIL levels.
• Develop a roadmap for functional safety features based on the Safety Plan and releases.
• Act as main contact for external auditors in Software Functional Safety.
