• Bachelor's or master's in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive system engineering with emphasis on architecture.
• Proven track record leading complex automotive system development from concept to SOP.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive functional safety processes.
• Strong leadership and the ability to drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
• Strategic and systems-thinking mindset balancing technical, business, and safety needs.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the overall system architecture and technical roadmap for the wireless charging system.
• Define system partitioning, interfaces and functional allocation across Hardware, Software and Mechanical domains.
• Lead architecture reviews, trade-off analysis and technical decision making.
• Analyze customer, regulatory and stakeholder requirements and derive system requirements according to ASPICE.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from customer requirements to system implementation and validation.
• Define safety mechanisms and support safety test case creation.
• Develop the item definition, HARA, Functional Safety Concept and Technical Safety Concept.
• Lead safety analysis including FMEA, FMEDA, FTA and DFA.
• Coordinate and support functional safety assessments, audits and reviews with customers and certification bodies.

• 7+ years of experience in automotive system engineering, including significant experience in System Architecture
• Proven experience leading complex automotive system development from concept to SOP
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive functional safety processes
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements engineering, ASPICE and V-model development
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
