You will manage and grow the EAM client portfolio, develop tailored investment solutions with Advisory, Research, Risk Management and IT, and ensure high service quality and compliance across borders.

The role requires a solid track record with EAM clients, strong relationship skills, and fluency in German and English; Basel and cross-border experience are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• HF, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance; AZEK, CFA, or CWMA certification preferred.
• Solid experience in serving EAM clients.
• Proven track record of building new client relationships.
• Sales-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Ability to identify and interpret client needs.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products across all asset classes and portfolio composition.
• Strong service orientation with fast turnaround times and high quality.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, including cross-border matters.
• Integrity, initiative, commitment and responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking aptitude.
• Interest in giving presentations.
• Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office.
• German and English language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support external asset managers (EAM) and independently manage, expand, and maintain an EAM client portfolio.
• Develop solutions and processes with Advisory and Research teams and with Risk Management and IT.
• Review and monitor client orders; monitor credit lines and investment maturities.
• Oversee administrative matters; maintain professional communication and market the services offered.
• Ensure a high standard of service for sustainable client relationships.
• Manage retrocessions and associated commissions.
• Periodically review the EAM portfolio and evaluate EAM clients.
• Continual acquisition and onboarding of new EAM clients.
• Regularly review and optimize the service portfolio and contribute to marketing events.
• Ensure compliance with EAM clients based on KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID, etc.; advise clients per bank standards.
• Plan and conduct training sessions as needed.
