• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform management, or related field.
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms with ALM, governance, risk, compliance and security.
• Experience delivering automation, AI, cloud, or integration solutions, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions.

• Own and evolve AI and automation platforms across the organization as technical expert for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Define governance, architecture, security, and operational standards aligned with risk controls.
• Support business units in assessing and designing AI/automation use cases and solution designs.
• Develop reusable components, patterns, and self-service capabilities to scale AI/automation.
• Ensure stable operation, releases, changes, and continuous improvement of solutions.
• Monitor performance and service quality; manage licensing and platform lifecycle.
