Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop and operate secure, scalable microservices for an e-banking platform. You will design APIs, implement event-driven integrations with Apache Kafka, and manage data models in PostgreSQL and MySQL, with deployment support on OpenShift and Kubernetes.

The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot, strong Kafka skills, and familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC security.
