Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep Angular expertise to advance an e-banking platform for a BFSI client in Zürich. You will shape frontend architecture, mentor peers, and collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams to raise quality across the web channel.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable, accessible interfaces in a multilingual environment (DE/FR/IT/EN) with strict regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional frontend development with Angular (v12 or later).
• Strong TypeScript skills — you write strict, well-typed code and understand the Angular compiler.
• Expert-level RxJS knowledge: you design reactive data flows and handle complex async scenarios confidently.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale, production Angular applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and evolution of Angular application architecture with module federation, standalone components, lazy loading, and state management patterns.
• Own and extend the shared component library and design system built with Angular Material and custom SCSS tokens.
• Define coding standards and ADRs for the frontend chapter; drive migration across Angular versions.
• Implement complex banking features and secure authentication/UI integrating with OAuth2/OpenID Connect and MFA.
• Profile and optimize Angular performance, write unit/integration tests and ensure accessibility.
