Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Team Leader Quality Systems & Compliance to lead the Document Control & Training team and act as Global Business Process Owner for these areas across the group. The role combines people leadership with regulatory governance, ensuring robust quality systems, harmonized processes, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in Quality Management or Regulatory Affairs
• Experience leading a team
• Expert knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, QMSR, and MDSAP jurisdictions
• Experience with document management systems in regulated environments
• Proven project management experience
• Experience using digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Generative AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control & Training team across Straumann Group and ensure governance of QMS documents and regulatory documents
• Oversee the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and ensure regulatory compliance across entities
• Collaborate with Group companies to harmonize quality processes and drive continuous improvement
• Support audits (front/back office) and contribute to KPI reporting and management reviews
• Roll out document control and training processes to new entities and ensure eQMS validation
