Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Quality Business Process Excellence to enable and govern end-to-end Quality processes across Innovative Medicine Quality. The role leads end-to-end programs, aligns with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain, and manages investments in Quality Systems.

A strategic, cross-functional leader will drive breakthrough improvements and resilient operations. The position requires deep Six Sigma/Lean expertise, a proven track record in people leadership, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years related business experience is required.
Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.
Black Belt Certification is preferred.
Proven PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX is required.

Responsabilités

Enable Quality processes and partner with Quality Systems & IMQ Leadership teams.
Develop process decomposition, documentation, training and continuous improvement.
Manage investment for Quality Systems and coordinate with Strategy & Operations and finance.
Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered performance structures.
Lead resiliency efforts with risk assessments and supply chain transparency.
Develop talent within the team and build high-performing groups.
Collaborate with R&D and Commercial to align IMQ processes with business needs.
