• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain in regulated industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct reporting authority.
