Qualifications

• Degree in technical/quantitative field required.
• 15+ years in Data, Analytics & Intelligent Automation in global regulated environments.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience guiding digital journeys for Quality & Compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and data science concepts.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across complex ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead Pharm Digital, data and analytics strategy, budget, roadmap and execution.
• Oversee development and maintenance of quality analytics tools.
• Establish virtual teams automating core Quality & Compliance processes.
• Drive strategic, cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
• Develop business cases for digital investments in Q&C.
• Allocate resources and define KPIs to monitor roadmap health.
• Collaborate with leadership to align functional roadmaps with digital roadmap.
