Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Management for The Park Gstaad and accompanying property. Based in Gstaad, you will drive pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies across both properties, leading total revenue optimization and cross-functional collaborations to maximize profitability.

Qualificações

• University degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel Revenue/ Yield Management or related analytics.
• Strong pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution experience.
• Understanding of Total Revenue Optimization and multi-property revenue leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Multi-property experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English; German and/or French preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue management and yield strategy for The Park Gstaad and Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva.
• Develop pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies across both properties.
• Drive total revenue optimization across hotels and align with commercial leadership.
• Lead forecasting, revenue strategy meetings, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Monitor demand, booking pace, market trends, and competitive performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Mentor Revenue Management and Reservations teams and foster data-driven decisions.
