Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead global planning automation and standardization across DPS. The role drives the enterprise strategy for APS and ERP integration, partnering with senior leaders to align investments and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple countries, while building a high-performing global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive global supply chain/transformations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale APS and ERP programs.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning concepts (demand, supply, inventory).
• Proven ability to build business cases and govern large portfolios.
• Expertise in global process ownership and operating-model design.
• Experience in matrixed, regulated environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year global strategy and investment roadmap for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead selection, design, and adoption of a single enterprise APS and integrated ERP model.
• Partner with ERP leadership to align planning requirements and transitions.
• Own readiness criteria, risk management, and Day 1 readiness for separation and deployment.
• Establish global process ownership and governance for planning domains (demand, supply, inventory, distribution).
• Standardize and document end-to-end planning processes across regions and sites.
• Chair governance forums across Planning, Finance, Operations, IT, and data teams.
• Manage transformation portfolio including benefits, risks, and executive communications.
• Develop data strategy with a single source of truth for decision-making.
• Ensure validation, training, cutover, and adoption while maintaining continuity.
