Revolution Medicines in Basel, Switzerland seeks an experienced Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a key legal advisor for the Company’s midsized European markets as it prepares for the launch and commercialization of its oncology portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience advising senior business leaders in highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of European pharmaceutical law, competition law, healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.

Aufgaben

• Advise on commercial operations, market access, regulatory affairs and healthcare contracting.
• Lead negotiations on strategic partnerships, collaborations and vendor agreements.
• Provide risk-based legal guidance to support commercial decision-making across European markets.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Partner with Compliance and Regulatory teams to ensure policy adherence.
