Zusammenfassung

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced, business-oriented attorney to serve as Associate Director, Corporate Counsel for the commercialization of our first oncology product across international European markets.

You will lead legal support for distributor relationships and negotiate complex commercial distribution arrangements while partnering with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance and Compliance.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or European law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice law in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 8–12+ years of legal experience, including commercial transactions.
• Experience negotiating international commercial agreements.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical devices.

Aufgaben

• Lead negotiation and drafting of European distribution agreements.
• Advise on territory design and channel management.
• Support product launch readiness and market access.
• Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, competition, and healthcare laws.
• Maintain contract governance and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate with outside counsel when local law advice is needed.
