The role reports to the VP, Corporate Affairs, Europe, with a focus on aligning local priorities with regional and global strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant field such as law, communications, political science, public health, life sciences, or related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, influence, and team mindset.
• Strong ability to develop and deliver impactful communications campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for lay audiences and policymakers.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and partnerships.
• Minimum 10 years in Communications and Public Affairs in oncology.
• Strong digital communications skills across web, social, and other digital channels.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools for communications workflows with governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead oncology Corporate Affairs strategies across media relations, product communications and internal communications.
• Direct enquiries as spokesperson and coordinate global priority messaging.
• Build relationships with senior media and policy stakeholders.
• Monitor reputation indicators and lead crisis and issues management locally.
• Collaborate with local teams and global partners on policy and access initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled tools adoption for audience insight and measurement.
