Novartis AG is seeking a Senior Director, DDIT US&I DSAI Data Products Management to shape enterprise data and AI strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable data and AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

The role combines product thinking with technology leadership in a hybrid US-based environment. The position requires 15+ years across data products/AI, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership, and deep experience in data

Formación

15+ years of progressive experience across data products, analytics, and AI.
5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI products from strategy to adoption.
Strong product management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Deep knowledge of data architecture, governance, security, and ML frameworks.

Responsabilidades

Shape and deliver enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business priorities.
Lead Data and AI products from concept through launch, adoption, and outcomes.
Own delivery across a portfolio of Data/AI programs.
Build roadmaps spanning engineering, security, governance, and business transformation.
Scale emerging technologies into enterprise products and services.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, analytics.
Drive agile delivery with data privacy, security, and governance.
