Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director, Product, Data & AI Enablement for GDO. This senior role translates strategy into integrated AI-first product development, data, and analytics across GDO verticals.

You will lead a globally distributed team, drive AI governance, and ensure measurable business outcomes through product-led delivery. The role reports to the VP, Transformation & Innovation, and requires building partnerships across GDO, IT, and external vendors to scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Digital, Pharmacy, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns product strategy, roadmap, and value realization across GDO verticals, including clinical trial analytics.
Leads AI strategy, governance, lifecycle management of Agentic AI and analytics use cases.
Owns the data and product innovation agenda for GDO and translates needs into scalable digital products.
Leads the global pool of product developers and analysts across regions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Partners with senior stakeholders to align priorities and manage governance in a matrixed environment.
Engages externally to identify collaborations and maintain scientific rigor and patient focus.
