Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation seeks a senior leader to drive the enterprise DSAI people and organization agenda. You will translate DSAI ambition into workforce, organization, leadership and capability priorities, partnering with ECN-1 leaders to ensure measurable, enterprise-wide actions.

You will orchestrate talent reviews, establish career frameworks for DSAI, build external pipelines, and shape governance with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Extensive experience of progressive P&O/HR experience, including strategic partnership with executive and ECN-1 leaders in a complex global matrix.
Experience creating global or enterprise-wide people strategies, standards, governance or programs, not only implementing established solutions.
Evidence of leading enterprise talent reviews, succession and capability discussions with senior executive forums.
Demonstrated ability to influence multiple senior stakeholders across business units, functions, countries and P&O disciplines without formal authority.
Fluency in people analytics and confidence with AI-enabled tools, responsible AI principles and emerging work technologies.

Responsibilities

Set the enterprise DSAI people and organization strategy. Translate the DSAI ambition into an integrated, future-ready agenda across workforce, organization, leadership, culture, talent and capability.
Shape strategic workforce and capability choices using scenarios, analytics and data storytelling to anticipate demand for scarce DSAI capabilities.
Lead the enterprise DSAI OTR, orchestrating talent reviews and presenting implications to ECN.
Establish enterprise talent and career approaches for DSAI roles and communities.
Build the external DSAI talent brand and pipeline through universities and specialist networks.
Design and create enterprise DSAI standards with governance, rewards, career architecture and capability frameworks.
Connect enterprise strategy and unit execution by defining governance and interfaces.
Influence a complex enterprise stakeholder system across ECN-1 leaders, Hubs and units.
