Qualifications

• 4+ years in Retail Allocation, Retail Planning, or Retail Analytics in apparel, footwear or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Support the shift from forecast-driven to demand-led replenishment using data and system insights.
• Contribute to the transition to a fully AI-powered allocation system and act as a reference for best practices in allocation.
• Analyze sales, stock, and size performance at SKU and store level to identify missed sales opportunities and stock imbalances.
• Manage allocation and replenishment to ensure the right product is in the right place by monitoring performance and adapting flows.
• Foster clear communication between central and local teams and simplify complex topics.
