Job summary

UCB in Bulle, Switzerland is seeking a Head of Site Supply Chain Operations to lead the Site Supply Chain Operations organization, overseeing supply planning, scheduling, capacity management, warehousing and logistics, and driving end-to-end supply reliability.

You will shape the future of site supply chain with advanced planning systems, GenAI-enabled decision-making, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Global Planning teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Proven leadership in complex, multi-site, and highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MRP, IBP/SIOP, S&OE and detailed scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own site supply planning, scheduling, execution, exception management, capacity management, and supply performance.
• Translate global priorities into feasible site plans while ensuring effective MPS/MRP feedback with Global Planning.
• Hold decision authority for site-level supply topics including daily operations and SIOP.
• Drive supply performance through OTIF monitoring, KPI management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee site warehousing, logistics, inventory accuracy, storage capacity, and product flows.
