Job summary

Genentech seeks a Senior Director to lead the Biometrics data platform strategy, data ingestion, and advanced analytics across global clinical programs. You will shape the product roadmap and align AI capabilities with clinical outcomes.

You will drive AI integration, oversee cloud-native pipelines, and mentor product managers and engineers in a GxP-compliant, collaborative environment focused on scalable, AI-powered biostatistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master/PhD) in science or technology.
• 10+ years in product engineering and business analysis with 4+ years in pharma/biotech biometrics.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale data platforms and AI solutions in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product roadmap and financial objectives.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities and track KPIs to align with outcomes.
• Modernize architecture and scale cloud-native data pipelines handling large datasets.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio from ideation to retirement.
• Architect seamless UX for scientists and clinicians.
