• Partner with Digital, Brand and Product to create high-converting product copy and brand stories across on.com
• Translate brand strategies and briefs into engaging digital copy
• Put the user journey first, using insights into consumer online engagement
• Act as a brand guardian, upholding premiumness of the On brand
• Grow On’s member ecosystem through tailored messaging
• Collaborate with PMs, CRM, E-commerce and Brand Management for joined-up experiences
• Maintain strong copy standards across email, landing pages, push notifications, PDPs and membership
