Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a seasoned Product Manager to drive the diesel genset portfolio in a dynamic, family-owned setting. You will define strategy, analyze profitability, and lead cross-functional efforts across engineering and commercial teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive genset experience, strong market insight, and fluency in English and German (B2). French is a plus. The role is based in Bulle, CH, with opportunities for growth in a respected, global group.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering with commercial understanding or Commercial with technical understanding.
• 5+ years of product management and/or business development experience in the Genset industry.
• Strong industry knowledge with diesel engines gensets.
• Excellent command of English and German (B2); French is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Aufgaben

• Understand customers and market requirements for diesel gensets.
• Define product strategy and product roadmap.
• Conduct business cases and profitability analyses.
• Analyze the market and competition within the diesel genset segment.
• Manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them.
• Ensure long- and short-term profitability of the product group.
• Manage the product portfolio and variants.
• Track relevant product KPIs and work to improve them.
• Proactively monitor and participate in industry events related to diesel power generation.
