You will share expertise across teams and collaborate on engine design, combustion, controls and applications, ensuring alignment with standards from feasibility to production readiness.

The ideal candidate has fluency in English and German, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS Office, MS Project, CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field.
• Extensive professional experience in gas engine development, specifically for power generation applications.
• In-depth technical expertise in gas engines with awareness of current technologies and trends.
• Experience in technical execution of complex gas engine development projects from feasibility to production readiness.
• Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to tackle complex technical challenges.

Aufgaben

• Develop and share technical knowledge related to gas engines across development teams.
• Collaborate with teams to define solutions in engine design, combustion, controls and application.
• Analyze and assess technical requirements and specifications for gas engine applications.
• Perform technical benchmark analyses for genset applications.
• Lead root cause analyses for gas engine issues on test benches or in the field.
• Collect and analyze customer requirements and translate into specifications.
• Support technical discussions with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and processes.
• Identify and develop innovative solutions to improve engine performance, quality, cost and efficiency.
