Zusammenfassung

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is seeking an engineer to act as the technical interface between Liebherr Ettlingen and Bulle for remanufacturing topics, ensuring integration in product development and maintaining CAD models, BOMs, and PLM data.

You will design and document remanufacturing components, cooperate with suppliers for alignment and co-design, and drive process improvements through guidelines and best practices. Fluency in English and German is required, French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in combustion engine design is required.
• Strong technical expertise in combustion engines (diesel preferred; gasoline/hydrogen is a plus).
• Ability to interpret simulation results (1D, CFD, FEA, NVH).
• Advanced IT tool proficiency: MS Office, PTC Creo, PLM Albatros; basic ERP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical interface between Liebherr Ettlingen and Liebherr Machines Bulle for remanufacturing topics.
• Ensure integration of remanufacturing requirements throughout product development.
• Design, document, and maintain remanufacturing products and components with CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and PLM data.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers for alignment and co-design of remanufacturing applications.
• Establish and improve remanufacturing engineering processes via guidelines and knowledge management.
