Job summary

ELCA Group is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to supervise and lead project leaders, own a delivery portfolio, and drive AI-supported engineering transformations for demanding client projects. You will work closely with client partners and offshore teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will shape delivery strategy, steer major projects hands-on, and coach teams to exceed client expectations in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on value creation for ELCA Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years leading large software projects.
• Hands-on delivery leader who coaches others.
• Strong architecture, cloud, DevOps and agile delivery.
• German business-fluent; fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead project leaders and teams, serving as contact for delivery and development.
• Lead complex, large client projects from scoping to go-live.
• Own the delivery portfolio, track status, risks, margins, staffing and client satisfaction.
