Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Deal Sourcing Partner in AI, Healthcare & MedTech, based in Switzerland, working remotely with global flexibility. You will leverage your network to identify high-potential opportunities and secure mandates in fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory for deals of €2 million or more.

You will operate as an independent partner, collaborating with an advisory and capital-raising team to build a robust deal pipeline and establish lasting strategic partnerships in Healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal sourcing or related fields in Healthcare/MedTech.
• Active, verifiable network with founders, executives or investors.
• Proven track record of originating transactions or capital raises.
• Strong understanding of investment processes and advisory opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, results-driven freelance candidate.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising AI, Healthcare, MedTech firms seeking financing.
• Leverage existing networks to generate qualified deal opportunities.
• Establish warm introductions to founders and investors.
• Qualify opportunities based on financing needs and stage.
• Prioritize mandates involving €2 million+.
• Maintain a high-quality deal pipeline across sectors.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to refine opportunities.
• Support opportunities through to formal mandates.
• Foster long-term sector partnerships with stakeholders.
