Job summary

Avertis Group is expanding its activities in Healthcare and MedTech and is looking for an experienced and well-connected Deal Sourcing Partner. The ideal candidate has direct relationships with founders, CEOs, investors and senior decision-makers and can identify companies and financing opportunities that could develop into Advisory or Capital Raising mandates.

Focus: investment or financing requirements from EUR 2 million+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal sourcing or related fields within Healthcare/MedTech.
• Active, verifiable network with founders, CEOs and investors.
• Proven track record of originating or supporting transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential AI, Healthcare and MedTech companies with financing or strategic capital needs.
• Leverage your existing network to generate qualified deal opportunities
• Identify companies currently raising capital or preparing for growth, expansion or strategic transactions
• Establish warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers
• Initially qualify opportunities regarding financing requirements, company stage and mandate potential
• Identify potential Fundraising, Capital Raising, M&A and Strategic Advisory mandates
• Build and maintain a high-quality Healthcare & MedTech deal pipeline
• Work closely with Avertis Group to evaluate and develop qualified opportunities
• Where appropriate, support opportunities through to mandate acquisition
