Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking an experienced data engineer to design and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and AI-ready datasets across ERP/CRM systems. You will integrate SAP/Oracle data, optimize pipelines, and enable AI/ML use cases with robust data validation and cleansing frameworks.

The role emphasizes Python development, SQL expertise, cloud familiarity, and strong English communication. A 3–6 month interim engagement with potential permanent placement follows the assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Celonis process intelligence.
• Experience integrating large-scale ERP environments such as SAP and Oracle.
• Strong expertise in SQL, relational databases, data modeling and ETL architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts including predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines from ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Develop optimized data models reflecting end-to-end business processes.
• Prepare datasets and features to enable AI/ML use cases such as prediction and anomaly detection.
• Integrate data from SAP, Oracle, databases, APIs and external sources.
• Support implementation of AI-powered capabilities including predictive analytics and automation flows.
• Optimize performance of data models and pipelines for analytics and AI workloads.
• Establish data validation, enrichment and cleansing frameworks.
