BLP Digital is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer embedded with enterprise customers to transform messy business problems into production-grade AI-driven solutions in days. You will own architecture, integrations, and deployment end-to-end while collaborating with a small senior team to ship value quickly.

You will work directly with clients to understand workflows, design effective data models, and deliver working prototypes that scale in fast-moving environments.

Qualifikationen

• Builder background with real shipping experience.
• Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evals, prompt engineering.
• Strong with TypeScript on the backend. Comfortable with APIs, auth, queues, and integrating with legacy systems.
• Daily, fluent use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Customer-facing instinct and ability to push back when needed.
• You move fast, communicate clearly, and adapt to ambiguity, delivering a working prototype.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• MUST: experience automating business processes in ERP space (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

Aufgaben

• Sit with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand the real workflow.
• Translate the target-state process into a concrete technical solution including architecture, data model, integrations, and workflow design.
• Demo early and often; put working software in front of real users and incorporate feedback.
• Make speed/quality/cost trade-offs in real time.
• Own observability and evaluations once live and iterate for reliability.
• Earn trust with the client's engineering and security teams—API access, data flows, deployment, reviews.
• Bring reusable patterns back to accelerate future engagements.
