Zusammenfassung

Mercury is recruiting a Senior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer - OFCI Manager to lead the owner-furnished contractor-installed package on a data centre project in Zurich. You will join a driven team and drive technical reviews, RFIs, and installation oversight to ensure smooth integration with the building services package.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of systems integration experience, strong project planning, and solid skills in Navisworks, Primavera and CAD/BIM.

Qualifikationen

5+ years experience in mechanical/electrical works in a contractor environment.
Excellent organisational and project planning capabilities.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Navisworks and related engineering databases.
Familiar with Project/Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM processes.

Aufgaben

Technical review of client-procured equipment and integration into the overall building design.
Generate RFIs to clarify design intent after OFCI information release.
Coordinate with site construction on technical information, deliveries and attendance.
Attend Factory Witness testing as required.
Chair weekly OFCI client meetings.
Manage OFCI delivery processes including scheduling and tracking delays.
Oversee OFCI installation with construction teams ensuring compliance with local regulations and vendor specs.
Manage on-site OFCI engineer attendance.
