Job summary

Generali is seeking a Senior CISO to lead our cyber security program across international operations. You will define strategy, assess risks, and implement controls to enable secure business growth in line with Group standards.

You will coordinate with IT, Risk and Compliance, oversee incident response, vulnerability management and cloud/app security, and translate complex risks into clear executive guidance. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the cyber security strategy, aligned with Group standards and business needs
• Identify and assess cyber security risks and define appropriate mitigation measures in collaboration with IT, Risk and Compliance
• Ensure appropriate security measures across applications, infrastructure, endpoints and cloud environments, including vulnerability and patch management
• Support secure processes for software development, cloud security, access management, data protection and third-party security
• Coordinate and support the effective management of security incidents and cyber threats, including incident response and cyber readiness
• Prepare security reporting and recommendations for senior management and collaborate closely with Group Security and relevant internal stakeholders
