Job summary

Generali is seeking a Cyber Security Architect who is curious and motivated to shape security across platforms, applications, and infrastructure. You will learn, contribute, and progressively take ownership of security designs while enabling cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

In this role you’ll design secure solutions, participate in architecture reviews and threat modelling, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed security into projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in cyber security or IT security.
• Interest or exposure to security architecture.
• Basic to intermediate IAM knowledge.
• Networking security and Zero Trust basics.
• App or API security fundamentals.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• ISO 27001 / NIST / CIS awareness is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security architecture principles and standards.
• Design secure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Translate business and technical needs into security solutions (with guidance).
• Participate in architecture reviews and threat modelling.
• Identify risks and support remediation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed security in projects and transformations.
