Job summary

Generali Assurances in Adliswil seeks a Cyber Security Architect to design and evolve security across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. You will help protect core operations while enabling innovation and gradually assume architecture responsibilities.

You will work with experienced colleagues to define security principles, perform threat modelling, and translate business needs into practical security solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in cyber security, IT security, or infrastructure.
• Interest or exposure to security architecture or design.
• Understanding of IAM, network security, app security, data protection.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security architecture principles and standards.
• Design secure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Translate business and technical needs into practical security solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews and basic threat modelling.
• Identify risks and support remediation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed security into projects and transformations.
