Qualifikationen

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with quantitative orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts, models and cost considerations.
• Fluency in German/French and English (written and spoken).
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Strategy Development: Work with client leadership to address high-stakes questions and define AI-driven strategies.
• Structured Problem-Solving: Break complex challenges into actionable decisions.
• Solution Design: Translate business questions into data and platform requirements.
• Project Delivery: Support engagements end-to-end from hypothesis to governance and roadmaps.
• Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level and business-unit leaders.
• Knowledge & Practice Building: Contribute to growth of Artefact's Zurich office by creating intellectual capital and frameworks.
