Laelaps AI in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to own cloud infrastructure and on-prem deployments for our robot fleet. You will manage cloud foundations (AWS/GCP), networking, IAM, CI/CD, container orchestration, and secure connectivity between cloud, operators, and robots at scale.

You will work across IaC, Kubernetes (K3s), edge fleet management, observability, and developer experience, building durable systems, fast pipelines, and hardened deployments for

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Solid networking and security fundamentals and CI/CD chops.

Aufgaben

• Own cloud foundations, networking, IAM, and cost controls.
• Build secure connectivity between cloud, operators, and robots.
• Develop fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines for cloud services and on-robot software.
• Manage edge and on-prem Kubernetes (K3s) and image build pipelines.
• Oversee edge fleet management, telemetry, and observability stacks.
• Improve developer experience with testing infrastructure and tooling.
• Ensure baseline hardening and audit trails for enterprise trust.
