Qualifikationen

• University degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in claims preparation and contract administration within contractor environments (in major civil infrastructure).
• Demonstrable capability in drafting detailed claim narratives and substantiated submissions.
• Solid understanding of contractual entitlement, risk allocation, and dispute processes.
• Fluency in English and French; German considered an advantage.

• Prepare and draft detailed contractual claims submissions, including entitlement narratives and supporting documentation.
• Develop structured, evidence-based claim strategies in line with contract provisions.
• Analyse contract conditions and assess entitlement under applicable forms.
• Draft clear and professional claim narratives with strong factual and contractual grounding.
• Review and evaluate variation and compensation event positions.
• Support project teams in maintaining contemporaneous records to protect entitlement.
• Collaborate with planning, commercial, engineering, and legal teams to align technical and contractual arguments.
• Assist in negotiations, dispute avoidance processes, and where necessary, formal dispute proceedings.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation to support potential arbitration or litigation scenarios.
• Provide internal contract awareness and guidance to project teams.
