Zusammenfassung

Arup Zürich is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Science, Industry & Technology to grow our Swiss SIT capability. You will lead complex, high-value building projects with international reach, starting with a Data Centre initiative and expanding to Life Sciences and high‑voltage facilities.

You’ll guide projects end-to-end with autonomy, while leveraging Arup’s global expertise and local market knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years delivering medium to large-scale building projects (ideally CHF 10–15m+)
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss construction market, regulations and standards
• Fluency in English and German (minimum B2) to manage local stakeholders and clients
• Experience in Science, Industry & Technology (SIT) sector—Data Centres, Life Sciences, labs or high-voltage facilities
• Collaborative, client-facing mindset with strong communication across design, procurement and construction phases

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of SIT building projects from client-side perspective
• Establish and monitor programmes, manage costs, changes and procurement with specialist teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, external contractors, and specialists to meet brief, schedule and budget
• Build strong client relationships and act as primary contact for project delivery
• Administer contracts, oversee contractor performance, lead close-out and lessons learned
